Terms of Service

General Information

BEFORE STARTING ANY COMPUTING OPERATIONS ("MINING") ON WOOLYPOOLY.COM, YOU MUST READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

By accessing or using WoolyPooly services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use WoolyPooly.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a legal entity or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In such case, the terms "you" and "your" refer both to you individually and to that entity.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property available on WoolyPooly servers, as well as content published through the project's official accounts on third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, Medium, Reddit, and similar services), is protected under applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in the software, website, APIs, documentation, design, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials belong exclusively to WoolyPooly.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to access and use WoolyPooly services.

Use of the Service

WoolyPooly provides public infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining and distributes mining rewards in accordance with the selected payout method.

To begin mining, you must:

  • provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address;
  • properly configure your mining equipment to connect to WoolyPooly servers;
  • comply with these Terms of Service.

Mining statistics are available by entering the corresponding cryptocurrency wallet address.

You are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of your wallet address;
  • configuring your mining equipment;
  • the security of your devices;
  • compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

By using WoolyPooly, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all computing resources connected to the pool.

You may not use the Service:

  • using devices or computing resources to which you do not have lawful access;
  • for any activity that violates applicable law;
  • to distribute malicious software;
  • as part of a botnet or any other system involving unauthorized use of computing resources;
  • to interfere with, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • to circumvent technical limitations or security measures implemented by WoolyPooly;
  • for fraudulent or otherwise abusive activities.

Use of the Service by third parties for unlawful purposes does not constitute endorsement, support, or participation by WoolyPooly.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

By using WoolyPooly, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees and Rewards

Mining rewards are paid to the wallet address specified by the user once the applicable minimum payout threshold has been reached.

Balances below the minimum payout threshold cannot be paid.

WoolyPooly supports two reward calculation methods:

  • PPLNS — rewards are distributed among miners proportionally to their contribution;
  • SOLO — the entire block reward is paid to the miner who successfully finds the block.

We reserve the right to reset balances associated with inactive wallet addresses after 365 days without mining activity.

Pool fees are published on the corresponding cryptocurrency page and may be modified without prior notice.

Mining rewards depend on blockchain network conditions, block discovery, network difficulty, and other factors beyond WoolyPooly's control.

Abuse Reports

WoolyPooly may review reports of suspected abuse where sufficient technical information has been provided.

We may request additional information necessary to evaluate such reports.

Receipt of an abuse report does not constitute confirmation of the reported allegations and does not obligate WoolyPooly to conduct an investigation or take any specific action.

Limitation of Liability

WoolyPooly operates as a public cryptocurrency mining infrastructure.

We do not verify the origin of computing power, ownership of mining equipment, or the identity of cryptocurrency wallet owners.

The use of the Service by third parties does not imply that WoolyPooly confirms or endorses the legality of the computing resources, equipment, or digital assets involved.

WoolyPooly shall not be liable for the actions of users or third parties, or for any consequences arising from unlawful use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks;
  • failures of hosting or infrastructure providers;
  • software defects affecting supported cryptocurrencies;
  • blockchain protocol changes or forks;

  • force majeure events.

Enforcement

WoolyPooly makes reasonable efforts to provide stable and reliable services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, hosting provider failures, blockchain network failures, software defects affecting supported cryptocurrencies, protocol changes, forks, or other force majeure events.

To protect the Service, its users, and its infrastructure, WoolyPooly reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take appropriate measures where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user:

  • violates these Terms of Service;
  • uses the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • uses the Service in violation of applicable law or with unauthorized computing resources;
  • distributes malicious software;
  • engages in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
  • intentionally submits invalid shares;
  • attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or stability of the Service.

Such measures may include, without limitation:

  • rejecting submitted shares;
  • temporarily or permanently restricting access to the Service;
  • suspending or cancelling payouts;
  • resetting account balances where permitted by these Terms;
  • blocking future connections to the Service.

Any action taken under this section shall be based on a reasonable assessment of the available information and solely for the purpose of protecting WoolyPooly, its users, its infrastructure, or complying with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms obligates WoolyPooly to investigate alleged misconduct, resolve disputes between third parties, or verify the ownership of mining equipment, computing resources, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

Your continued use of WoolyPooly services following publication of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
