What Hardware To Mine On?
If we talk about mining in general, then you can mine on a processor (CPU), video card (GPU), FPGA (specialized device), ASIC, mobile phones. They say that you can also mine with a vacuum cleaner, fridge, and other household appliances, but we have not witnessed this. :)
How To Start Mining?
Cryptocurrency mining, like any other serious business, requires perseverance and attention. You can figure everything out on your own, but at the beginning, you need to devote n-days to studying this topic. The first is what you want to mine. Cryptocurrency on processors, video cards, FPGA, or ASIC? This will determine the room that you need for mining. PPLNS pools
PPLNS means Pay Per Last N Shares. This method calculates your payments based on the number of shares you submitted during a shift. You only get paid out once a block is actually found. PPLNS is a perfect method for loyal pool members over pool hoppers. Many pools like ethermine, miningpoolhub, 2miners, nanopool choose PPLNS as their reward system.
SOLO pools
SOLO means mining without other miners. We give you an independent connection to the node and calculate your payments based on blocks you found.
Pool Fees
WoolyPooly GPU mining pool has low mining pool fees. It varies from 0.9% and deducts from the block rewards. And you don't pay for transactions.
Pool Ping
We have dedicated servers worldwide - USA, Canada, Europe, Turkey, Brazil, Asia, China, Russia, Australia. In general, our average ping is not more than 100 ms.
Shares Diff

Block types
On our pool you can meet three different block types.
Uncle blocks
Highlighted in blue. It's the block founded a few ms less by another pool or miner. However, we've got some bonuses. This is normal.
Orphan blocks
Highlighted in red. It's the block rejected by the network. Shit happens.
Simple blocks
Not highlighted. Standart coin blocks. Block reward can vary.
Payouts
Payments are made automatically after the min. payout threshold is reached. payments do not depend on time, there can be as many payments as you like.

Every month more and more exchanges appear in the world where you can exchange cryptocurrency. Some require verification, somewhere very small volumes for the purchase of cryptocurrencies, somewhere a small selection of coins. OS (Operating Systems) For Cryptocurrency Mining
Below you will find a list of the most commonly used operating systems for mining:
Windows
A relatively free OS, on which at least each of us started our mining journey. We installed the OS image on a hard drive or SSD, a program for overclocking the MSI Afterburner video card, the necessary drivers and libraries, downloaded the miner, registered the pool address and wallet in the .bat file, and launched the .bat file. The obvious advantages at the moment are the price and display of the memory temperature of the RTX 30 series of video cards. For mining, it is advisable to use the 10 version of Windows.
HiveOS
Wooly's Choice and the most popular mining OS. Installed on a hard drive, SSD, and even a USB flash drive. 1 rig is always free, 4 are shareware.
