Historically, ray tracing has been reserved for non-real-time applications (such as CGI in visual effects for films and photorealistic rendering), and video games must rely on direct lighting and pre-calculated indirect contributions to render them. RTX fosters new developments in computer graphics by creating interactive images that respond to lighting, shadows and reflections. This technology works great in mining too. Video cards 2080 and 2080ti are not only relevant to this day, but sometimes they surpass the 30 LHR series. The 30 series is undoubtedly the top line at the moment. Eats less, gives more. But the cost of these cards is overclocked by the miners very much.
